  For dehydrating and degreasing, prior to any basecoat or strengthener for optimal effect.
   
Instruction
  Clean hands and nails with soap and water and dry thoroughly. To dehydrate the nail plate, cover nails with a layer of HNC Gel Polish-Prep and allow product to dry for 10 seconds before next step
(HNC Gel Polish-Primer).

Using Prep carefully, avoid contact to eyes or ingestion. Keep the cap locked after using.
